Love Model LD 13 Disc

I am trying to restore the old equipment my grand father had and that I got along with his old Ford tractor. This disc needs some work and I don"t know if it will be worth it but I want to make an honest effort. It will need all new blades and some of the bottom bearing housings are broken. I don"t think the blades,and wood bearins will be an issue but looking for options for the housings. Another question is where will be a good spot to buy the blades and shafts without paying a fortune for shipping. I am in Central Wisconsin.Does anyone have any information or suggestions for this LD 13 Disc?

I have sets of LOVE disc which needs a lot of TLC . I'm hoping to build one good set out of the two . If you do find disc that fit , feel lucky & buy them . Just having your Grampas equipment should mean a lot . Good luck with the rebuild . God bless, Ken

You may be able to source bearings from the below attached link, interesting website regarding oil impregnated wood bearings. I have a 6' 20 pan Love that I plan to rebuild as well, mostly just the bearings, one axle and disc pan on one gang, I replaced it with a Massey Ferguson #25, but that old disc, which came from our old dealership, has been around a long time, it also did a great leveling seed beds, design was not bad, being adjustable, just the pipe frame was subject to breaking on these, easily repaired though. I would think most of the parts, axles, hardware, spacers, and or disc blade/pans whatever you call em LOL, should be commonly available.
