Ok folks finally got the pictures of the international grain drill. If yall could help me with a model number of this unit i can find some parts. The chains are what i am needing first. And the picture of the lever i would like to undstand what to set it on for sunflower seeds.

Need to see a pic.IH made several modles of drills. You can figure out the chains,,,,And,you need a book! The book will give all the settings that you need to properly operate it.I've never seen sunflowers planted with a drill. All the ones I've seen are planted with a 'corn'(rowcrop) planter in 30"+/- rows.

Got any scraps of chain laying around? can you measure the teeth on the sprockewt?Width, point to point? any thing to help steer you in the right direction? Can you go online to a parts site?Should tell you size and # of links. Messics.com is a good one....

The links of flat chain often have a number stamped into them, clean the chain off of dirt and grease, look carefully.

My drill in a very dark shed and try have snow forcast for this afternoon, so no help to you today.

Take a link along to the fleet and farm store am
Be match it up to their stock, there are only a couple common sizes.

Measure a foot of your chain and you can guess pretty close to what it is, compared to specs like given here:

Tho, I'd worry a bit about stretched chain measuring wrong....

Looks like a model 10. I have a model 100 press drill. I will look at my chain and get the size for you, but I have to wait for the snowstorm to stop. It is not a very nice day here.
