where can I get manual

Dean, you have a 449 (drill only) or a 450 (hill drop, check or drill). Looks to be the later model based on press wheel adjusters. Knowing model should help in finding a manual. My
maual is worn enough I can't read part number.

It is a IHC 450 with dry fertilizer applyers less the fert. boxes.I had 2 of them,one for corn and one for beans.Never paid much for either one of them.some thing like $50.00.

And now that planter will bring 800-1,000$. If I could find a dozen I could have them all sold in a week. That is if it has the clutch lift that I thought I saw on it. And I do have just about all the books for it including what I would think are the hard to find blue ribbon service manuals and I do make copies for people at my cost. If interested let me know.

I wish I could find a set of press wheels like that to put on my 44. Them little ones push too much sand.

Dean, If you want copies of the manuals I have please get back with me in a month or so. I will include my email, [email protected]. Right now I am trying to get things buttoned up for the winter before I go into the hospital for a shoulder operation in a little over a week. I would need to be able to get where after the operation be able to use my arm before I could hunt them up. Wish things had gone better this past year as I am now just being able to get back to work after a heart operation and that threw me way behind on things and now this. Leroy

Leroy I have one of these planters and was curious what one would bring now. The planter clutch lift works as well as everything else does.....
