I am in need of assistance in locating a disc blade. Not sure of the model, but here is a pic of what it looks like & location of the broken disc. I am wanting to know where I can find a new or used one to replace it. I am located fin East Central Mo.

Neighbor put new blades in a 10ft RWA?? or KBA?? last winter for a project. He bought the blades at the local JD dealer. I don't know what they cost, but they had them in stock.

I bought my replacement blades at TSC. That was a few years ago. If they didn't have your size they could order some. But that may have changed now.

Why did they put 14" rims on this? No matter what tractor I put it on, the back gangs drag when traveling down the road.

Rob don't know where you are in east central MO but you might try Orschelin's they usually have a few disk blades. I know there is one in Troy MO, and TSC is just about a block from it. Also I think Wentzville has a Rural King.

ASC (Agricultural Supply Company) has a wide selection of disk blades, I have ordered other items such as lift arms, large belts and mower blades from them. Shipping was quick and reasonable.

!! guage and 1 1/8" axle, orignal size could have been either 16" or 18", what it should have 16" is already wore out. Not sure if they put a 20" blade on or not. Mine was 7 blades on a side and had 2 of the 6 blade pull type versions. Mine had the spoke wheels.

I just looked in the 2014 TSC master catalog and they have them listed. If you go to there store and tell them they will order them. I am sure that they are like any business they only stock what the people want to buy. If only one person wants one disk blade in a year they are not going to stock 10 of them.

Rob, do your 14" wheels, hubs & spindles look like they might have been changed , or modified from spoke wheels with roller bearings.. PC 375 ID's, it, by rear gangs lift frame a prior 1954 yr. [can't get parts catalog pages to upload] Rob, to get back gangs up shorten leveling screw on hitch..

At that time the 8:50 x 14" was a popular size and was a good choice for that disk and stood probably 3" taller than any car tire avaible today. The 7:50 X 14 was equivilent to the 6:70 x 15" that was about 28" diameter and the 8:50 was 2 sizes bigger and also the wider a disk the more you will have lifting problems.

I used to have one of those. Don't spend too much on it, it won't do you any good. Mine tended to drag low in the back too, but I was able to adjust it to near level and then it was OK.

Just call Deere. There are lots of disk sizes available. When I replaced a disk this fall I measure the current ones (that are well worn) and was able to get the new one within half an inch of the worn ones. I think they had about every inch size on either side of the size - several up and several down. I went with the smaller. I didn't want a little larger one digging to China.

I still can't JD parts Illustrations to upload ,I just don't get this, JPG(JPEG image) stuff!.... Had to dig out the old paper PC catalog; items 15A --15B; tell KBA disks age..

I think they advertise 10,000 blades. In their catalog they have tips helping you to ID your blade type and axle dimensions and shape. Thing to keep in mind is the age of the blades on the harrow and the size when new. Usually they are somewhat smaller so you have to decide whether to go up or down in your sizing for the replacement......like your discs may be 19" but were 20 when new. So do you buy a 20 or an 18? I bought blades and axles from them several times. Most are from Brazil or India. Have used both and have no problem with the quality and especially like the price. They give you the specs on each.
