Looks like an F45. It's a short low plow made for the small Dubuque built utility tractors. They work fine so long as the trip standards work as they are supposed to. They don't take large amounts of residue too well.

Is this for the gauge wheel? what is the purpose of the gauge wheel? does it keep the plows from going to far in the ground?
When did they make these plows? Were they desirable, I picked them up pretty cheap I traded a paint job on a pedal tractor for them, the very back beam is bent was wondering should i straighten it or make them into to bottom plows, I would rather have three bottoms myself because there worth more money around here on the other hand all im doing is a big garden and occasionally like to help out my uncle he has a lot more ground to cover, thanks ya'll

No, that's a bracket for a Jointer which is missing from the plow and probably isn't something you'd want to use anyway; at least for plowing gardens.
If you have working draft control on your tractor, then you won't need the depth/gauge wheel.

Your plow is no doubt an F45 made from 1961-1968.
I have an operator manual for your plow should you be interested.
