Does anyone know the brand/maker of this 3 pt rear blade?

Looks like any one of a thousand different aftermarket/shortline lightweight 'economy'blades for sale by TSC,Orselans and similar stores.I know thats not much help,but its all I got!

It has 7" lighter duty blade and original color of dark green. Could it be John Deere or Oliver?

this is the actual 7' blade. The previous pic is of similar one I found on internet.

No.Green is not exclusive to JD or Oliver......I'd say your blade was built in the 80's

I worked doing some welding for a company once that made john Deere brush hogs the only difference in the JD model and the ones the others were selling the green paint true story

I have a rear blade identical to that one. My Dad bought it new at TSC back in the 1960's when I was a little kid. Seems like it cost around $75 if I remember correctly.I still have the owners manual stashed away somewhere.. It was red in color, and has been a very good blade.Works as good as ever. I bladed 8"snow on a very long lane with it today.
I have always been careful to not abuse it.
