Kory running gear

I had a couple of them for years and was well satisfied with them. What convinced me to buy them for my kicker racks was the fact that they had more grease fittings than anything else I looked at.

Stay away from the Kory stuff.

I know of 3 of those gears that have had welds fail. Including mine, that had the tongue come unwelded from the steering assembly on the road. it is rather unnerving when a full gravity box just disappears from your rear view mirror! It didn't flip, and I got it off the road by pulling into a neighbors drive and kicking the front tires to get them to turn.

Others I know have broken the weld off of spindles, gotten new gears with NO grease in the wheel bearings, etc.

High school shop classes could have turned out better products. There is a reason even Farm and Fleet doesn't carry their stuff anymore.

Thanks for the input. Somewhere in the deep recesses of my memory I seem to recall someone else telling me to stay away from them but could not recall for sure. Paul
