plow lays little guenius

I"m looking for some plow lays for a plow and was thinking has any body made some from plate steel ? I work in a steel shop and started thing of this today . I have a junk plow with a moldboard and frog that I can jig off of and a friend has a new o554 plow lay to copy . I"ve been looking at different steel choices . So any ideas ?? let me know . mark

Original used 1080. Later 1060. Heat treat to 41.

I was gonna just try a set with ar 200 cause we have some but maybe it wont scour ?

In my experience AR400 will scour so I would assume that AR200 would do the same.
If you come up with a process of making shares that works, you would be able to start a full time job making them for various makes of plows...the NEED IS GREAT!

Kind of looking in to it . but I need to play first and see what works . most don't see a lot of plowing so like mine i'm not to worried . But who knows what could come of this .
