Brillion cultipacker 148-01

Hi everyone,
I just bought a 16" Brillion cultipacker. Its really nice but I can"t figure out how to hook up the draw bar. I think its missing something. Is there supposed to be a spring between the draw bar and the machine? Anyone have a picture or manual for this machine? Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Your should be a M180 if it is a 16 footer.
There are springs to level the hitch when you lift the mulcher up. The hitch has a clevis style hitch on the front. Is yours missing the clevis??? Second picture has the hitch laying on the mulcher.

Well that picture looks similar but mine had a tag on it with the model number 148-01. So these aren"t the same....
