Chisel plow points

I was wondering if the "spade" type chisel plow points penetrated better in dry ground or turned the soil better than the the straight points. How would the spade points take our SW MO rocks?
Thank you,
Charlie

You mean twisted shovels? They do stir it up more but take more HP to pull. I have rocks here and haven't noticed any difference between twisted and straight as far as breakage is concerned.
