I make my own pitman arms for the 30a out of ash I buy at a local saw mill. The blades I find at a local Farm and Fleet store. The springs I found at a tractor junk yard in Sullivan Wisconsin. My guard is trashed an I have been thinking of selling the whole 30a or fabing up a new shield type grard. I do have na instruction manual for it if you want a copy get a hold of my E mail. SDL39roger@aol.com. It wont help much and I find the mower to be such a blunt tool that you can make your own parts with little cost and not much of a problem.
I used it behind a Ford 860 and 8n for years and this year I think i"m switching to a rough mower, less head ache. The 30 a does not like talll thin grass.
