I am furious about trying my darnedest to get the baler timed now after breaking the knotter drive shear pin. Read the book and read the book. Plunger head in CENTER of front hay tooth opening. Set hay teeth to 15-1/4". Unhooked MAIN drive drain to get hay teeth set at 16-1/4. Trip knotters and it wants to hit the plunger stop !!!! What am I doing WRONG ???? You can call me (308)-763-1265 to beat this into my head for a better understanding. Acts like its 180* off. Thanks . I am reading the OP manual too.

I got it. Had a friend help me. Thanks guys. I thought the needles were supposed to be UP when the plunger head was BACK?? Nope!!! Opposite of what I was understanding !!! Anyways we got it timed !!! Thanks again what a PITA !!!! Hope that never happens again. It will tho.
