IH 440 plunger knife

The plunger knife on my 440 all twine is getting rather dull. I've looked at takeing it out to sharpen, the top three bolts are easy to remove but the bottom one is another story.
What is the easiest way to remove the bottom bolt and then get it back in after sharpening the knife ??
Or should I just wait till this winter and tear the baler half way apart to get to that last bolt?
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Before you take out any bolts, use a screwdriver or small pry bar to wedge up the right side of the plunger near the knife.

The inside bolt holds a roller that carries the plunger weight. And yes it can be a bugger to get out and back in.
