How do you get that one last pole (that holds the tines) back onto the star plates that support them? What's the trick? They came apart easy enough????

Comes apart easy because the bearing is shot....

My 55 has a rubber gasket deal on the one side, I was able to carefully push that gasket back in place with 2 screw drivers after getting the stud where it needs to be.

I think you need to loosen all the studs and put them all in at the same time for the rest of the models, unless you manage to pry and cuss enough to get it to drop in, which means you kinda over stressed the bearing again......

Op manual clearly states to loosen both ends of the two bars opposite the one you are working on as well as the bolts attaching the RH star to its hub.

One bolt on each end, loose, Then one by one insert the rest as you rotate the bearing hub. When all bolts are in then time to snug them up. This is where I love my small impact driver from DeWalt.

You have to loosen the star wheels on the end, get the bars all in place, then tighten back up. Not to bad once you figure it out, it took us a while....lol..
