855 round Bailer replaced apron chains on both sides and any bent bars and Bearings on the roller drum, baled like a new one first three weeks and then suddenly after sitting all night the following morning it snaps a shear bolt every time I engage the PTO shaft. I check the air pressure it's normal I greased everything checked all the idler bearings and pulleys, if I lift the tailgate and engage it, it will run backwards but the minute the tailgate starts to close and apron chain starts to turn the correct direction it breaks bolts.

Playing with one today. You say main drive shear bolt, I found a bad bearing by removeing the pickup chain and the main dvive chain, the main roller bearing was bad. This baler has a safty shearbolt on the pickup that my old baler didn't have, a spring loaded trip that shears the bolt. It is right behind the chain sprocket and shearbolt
