Fasse Multiplier

My tractor only has DA controls with no float function and I need to be able to float for my rake and my disc mower.

Will the Fasse doubler allow it to have a float function?

Seems if my Tractor's remote lever is in the center position and I press the button for Dual control, it would allow circuit 2 to bleed back to circuit 1 and float?

The Fasse unit keeps the circuits isolated from each other. You would have to have it plumbed externally to cross when switched. I can't think of a way to do that easy either. So your tractor SCV needs to have a float position for it to help any.

Can you get a different valve for your tractor??? Some models had an optional valve that was a pay extra item.

Yes, but it's $1000 in parts or $1600 installed.

I'm thinking of this:

Pressure Port 1 from remote to Tee
From the Tee go to my cylinder
From the side of the Tee, install either an electric valve or manual valve (electric is better since I have a cab) and either plumb the other side to the sump.

Valve close and I have UP Down function, Valve Open I should have float function.

Fasse does make a remote float valve for $450 and it basically does the same thing. 80% float you let it go back to the second port, or for 100% it plumbs back to the sump.

Raking with my 10 Wheel rake, the float really hasn't been a problem. I mowed yesterday with the attached disc mower (JD 275) and it seemed to do fine as well. It seems there is enough play everywhere in the 3 point and also on the disc mower it may not be an issue on fairly level ground.
