We have an Allis 303 square baler. It usually runs pretty good, but every so once in a while the plunger will bang then it misses the next 2-5 bales. The knot won't pull off the bill hook all the way. It gets stuck on the little tang on the inside of the bill hook "thumb". Bill hook it brand new because the old one was grooved up so bad it wouldn't release the knot. Twine disk plates are also new. It might bale a hundred and miss one or bale 20 and miss 5. We want to put a thrower on it so we need to fix the problem.
