I just bought an 800 8 row. I am having monitor problems.
The seeds, seeds per revolution and drum pressure setting
are not reading anything. Any help would've appreciated

Good luck, I never did get my IH 400 to work. You can take the box to CIH and have it checked to eliminate it as a possible issue. They checked mine twice for free but I do considerable business with them. If really wanting to get it fixed and willing to go thru the effort several things can be done. My 900 has a separate grounding wire in the main harness and it is very important this wire is properly grounded. Next I would use a digital VOM meter to check all the wiring and connections. I like a digital so that differences can be noted that you might miss with an analog type. Be sure to check all the terminals on both sides of the main electrical coupling for resistance and grounding problems. Finally I would start looking at the sensors. I doubt if all the seed population sensors would be bad and would first check the pressure sensor and drum speed sensors. CIH should have the specs on these so you can check them with the VOM.
One reason that I updated to the 900 was to have a working monitor, but my farming partner doesn't watch it anyway, so when he plants it might as well not work. Without a monitor you need to be more viligent and frequently get off the tractor and check things. A working monitor saves that extra time and effort and lowers stress.
