I bought a model 307 mower last night. It's a little rough but I wanted a usable mower nothing fancy. The blades are shot on it and looking at JDparts.com they show they are $40 each. That's a bit steep but ok. The bolts are also froze so I will just torch them off. The bolts are listed at $45 each plus $15 each for a LH castle nut! The total comes to $200+!!
Tractor Supply lists King Kutter and Sidewinder brand blades on their website but the pics looked like they were way too long to be used for my mower.
My question is this. Does anyone know of a vendor/supplier to source these from without breaking the bank? I only gave $300 for the mower!
