Your cheapest route is to use the old 4 bolt wheel. It is probably a 15 or 16" wheel.
Then go to a tire store and buy a used tire, it can be a really wornout tire, which is OK for the slow speeds of a baler. Tire should cost $5, mounting $5, no need to balance it.

Looks like prices in your area are super cheap. Any 15" tire around here, if your lucky enough to find one, that will hold air sell's for $20. minimum, plus a minimum of $10. to mount it. Quite a few 16", but 14" and 15" are getting super hard to find.

I found out 15 inch wheels are hard to come by now. Interesting how a simple thing can cause a big issue. Thanks for the help.
