I am looking at a Lilly and a sitrex ten foot tedder, are they and good and how are they to get parts for? Thanks guys

Don't know about Lilly, but I think Sitrex is still in business.

Lely and Sitrex are both still in business. You can get lely parts through Vermeer dealers. The new Lely tedders are a lot heaveir built than the sitrex. I assume their older products were as well. The current 10' Lely tedder would be the same as a Vermeer TR-90.
