I bought a set of WH-76 harrows to use and it needs one wheel and three tires. Can anyone tell me what size tires it should have.It is a 9 inch two piece wheel. Thamks

I am not sure about the dash but they have a plate on them WH 76. They was made in the mid 60's. there was WH 53 which was 5'3" wide up to at least WH 90 which was 8' 6" wide. Thanks

I have a JD offset WH-76. It means 7 foot 6 inches. Take off one of the 2 pieces rims and take it to your local tire store (not big box). You can get Carlise (spelling) tires for it. I cant get to my offset right now, on crutches or I could tell you the exact tire size. Tom

Thank you, That is what was on the harrow a Carlise 6.9 x 9.00 which was not original, but i question if thats not to wide and tall. You can see where the tire has rubbed the frame. Thanks

Just about all machinery that used a 9" wheel used a 4:00X9 tire, that same tire was used on the No. 5 Deere mower and the 594 Deere rake, Some McCormick rakes and new Idea rakes also used that tire. To be a 6.9 sounds like it is from an atv.
