Little Genius with unusual wheels

Are these cast wheels "factory" for a Little Genius plow? Husband and I have never seen any like these. We saw it at the Le Sueur, MN swap meet.

Sorry, could not get a great photo because they were hauling it away.

Hard to tell from the picture, but those could be optional wheels for pneumatic tires. This style was used only for a year or two. They are seldom seen because steel was much more popular at the time. I think one tire is oddly sized, should be something like a 5-21.

Tail wheel should be similar type.

I've seen a McCormick Deering potato digger with those odd wheels.
