I have this old Case disk, about 13'. I have been using it until this year. Now that I have the John Deere disk fixed, I'm thinking about selling it. The only problem with it is one of the angle irons on the hitch is busted. It's been welded before and broke again. Are these of any value to collectors? What's it worth? I'm thinking about asking $500 for it. What do you all think?

Where? I need one with good blades. Those case discs were about as good as they came for that time. Never seen one broke there, they would break the hitch if you put too big a tractor on them.

I just noticed that the hitch was extended. Do you know why that was done? Very interesting to see the things done to equipment to make it work for each individual farmer.

you evidently don't know much about a Case S/SA disk, they are very heavy compared to an RW jd or similar, built with alot of angle iron and 4 bearings per gang, they cut pretty good for their size

Kevin,
You should have said that you know nothing at all about any disc!! What are your thoughts about the tillage equipment that Case marketed in the 70s?
