John Deere Plow

Bought a John Deere plow think it is a 55a or b not sure and I am looking for three 14" plow shares. They are steel and held on by three bolts. New to this kind of plow just wondering where to acquire these. Thanks in advance. Brian.

Brian, You should be able to get shares from your local JD dealer. The part number for a 14" 3-bolt share is A1005. Cost shown under JD Parts currently is $28.00. You can also get them from other sources for less but I prefer JD. Al

The part # is actually A10005 for a 3 bolt RH full cut share and also these following #"s are the same - BC460A , BC473A or AA10005 . The BC prefix ones come with the bolts installed before the share is surfaced so they aren"t real noticeable . NOS slats come like that also . If it is of any interest the LH version of A10005 is A10009 . The previous post had it right - just left out one zero .
