Almost done fixing an Ace sprayer pump

I called a local dealer who services lots of bigger farms, and asked if they could get parts. Didn't have a model number but did have 2 casting numbers off it and after a few calls between me & the parts guy, and him & his supplier, we figured out which one it was and the new plastic impeller (old one was cast & froze...), new seal, and gasket, plus shipping, came to $102. Gotta get some new bolts to bolt it back together and it should be ready to go.

It's the neighbor's sprayer, and he let it freeze last year. Broke the housing on 1 side (he had a spare) and after 2 rounds in the field last year, the impeller sheared off from a crack. We're gonna try to buy it from him this year, as he never uses it anymore. The tank cradle needs a little work too... but it's a very handy 3 pt. sprayer.

Came apart just fine. The bolts don't get any exposure to the chemical. Just mis placed them after pulling it apart last summer
