Lamco wagons

When I was young my grandfather had a Lamco forage wagon on his dairy farm. I did learn later on that Rex manufactured the parts for Lamco. Does anyone know when these were made and what different products bore the Lamco name? Also can you buy parts for Lamco wagons anymore?

i live in locke, ny where they were made. i own a 40 cow dairy and have 3 wagons. lamco ==> rex ==> st. narizants ==> miller pro. parts are not availible except thru salvage. what parts are you looking for ?

Jim,
I was actually looking to buy one to restore. The Lamco wagon that we had rotted out and my grandpa sold the rest of it for parts when I was a kid. We are located in Cape Vincent, NY. Thanks

I must say you are lucky. I was just catching up on one of the farm magazines and there is a Lamco box showing for an auction down in Susquehanna, PA this coming Saturday. I don't know the condition but you should allow for things such as wood floors and sides to be replaced.
I am still waiting on an IH 61 forage box with 140 gear for awhile now.

Ive seen some of those around but I can't remember where at the momment. Im in Brier Hill Ny just north of you. I'll keep my eyes peeled. We've got Kasten, and Dion here at home but I don't think they're the same. Sourwine's up in Abay might have an idea.
