speed plow???....I have no clue?

I"m helping a my auctioneer friend get ready for a farm auction on april 13th in northeast missouri and I have found a plow i need help with. it"s a 4 bottom pull type hyd lift plow and I can"t find a name on the plow anywhere except on the back of each moldboard it says speed plow....it"s in good shape and the man used it not that long ago it looks like, he"s no longer here to ask and his sons say they never knew what kind it was but dad was always kinda proud of the job it did

Oliver made a high speed plow. Made to run 5-6 mph if memory serves me right. Had a different curve to the moldboards than most. I don't recall the exact name or what it might have said on the back of the moldboards. Maybe I can jog somebody elses memory or get them to look it up. There've been articles about them in Oliver Heritage or Hart Parr Oliver Collector.

Cockshutt made plows with speed plow decals on moldboards in a 3pt model but I don"t know about the pull type.

Pics would help; the Oliver reference sounds good to me. I believe it has speed bottoms on it, but could be mounted on many different makes of plow - Oliver built plows for many companies?

Oliver made plows For Ford,in later years Case.As we know MinniapolisMoline and Cockshutt are also Oliver

I hope to have pictures by the first of the week, and hopefully that will help, I like the idea of using the tractors he has to help figure out the plow brand but he has an Allis Chalmers, a Case, a Fordson super dexta and 4 Farmalls....feel free to look at the auction sale bill at www.scottysauctionservice.com
