what is a fair condition IH 10" 37 disk worth all the way up to one in perfect condition I live in Missouri and was curious because I found one in good shape for $1575 and then one in fair shape for $800.00 and i know they were made in the 1960"s and before I buy one what are they worth.

I have a 37 ten footer in poor shape, still works but discs are small. Worth a few hundred to me as I still use it occasionaly. Your prices seem about right. Just depends how much you use it.

I Agree with Allan. $ 1500 should buy a bunch of them. Maybe they bring more with more people around.

I paid 600 for a 8 footer in decent condition a few years back. I have seen alot of them sell since for 4-9 hundred. I think its a little high priced.

Used to be a JD 14 to 20 foot disk on rubber tires would bring 300 to 500.

Now I see them asking 1500, and see them bringing 1200 on auctions, depending on the day.

Sorry I don't see as many IHC disks sold around here, don't mean to make a color war just that prices have changed in the last 5 years locally.

I sold a 14 ft. JD at consignment sale 2 years ago for $350. The front half was all rebuilt-new bearing, both new shafts and about half of disks new. This was a wheel one with like new tires with new tubes.

Around here they often range from 500-1500 depending on condition. Personally I'd gravitate toward the 500 one with plans to spend a day and a grand on parts. Most often you buy the 1500 one you'll put the parts into it the same way.
