HELP! I am having trouble finding parts (lift cylinders)for what the tag says Farmhand 30. AGCO dealers say it is another number but was wondering if someone here knows something. The original cylinders were stolen so rebuilding them is out. It looks just like the loader in picture, but that isn't my tractor.

Hey Guys, thanks so much for the replies and info, that should get me going. The tag says Farmhand 30 is on the upright (inside facing forward) of the left side. The loader is on a Ford Industrial 540 3 cylinder built between 1979-1981. It is a quick attach loader or one of the first of them. It appears to have the same belly mount as tractor in photo. I do not ever see anything about Farmhand 30, lots of 20 and 22, even 2 but no 30, Thanks again!!!

just to add to sheepdog good info. extended length is 60.81", retracted length is 34.81", stroke is 26.00", measured pin center-center. all is for 2" or 2 1/2" bore cylinders.

Here you go Jim!

I have that exact same loader on my 3910.

I also have a Model 22 on my 5610-2

The cylinders are identical except for bore.

You would want the 2" bore cylinder for that loader.

The Farmhand part # is 22-1049 for the 2" bore cylinder, and is listed as non-current.

The 2.5" bore cylinders on the loader for the 5610-2 have a Farmhand part # of 22-1021.

If you need dimensions of cylinders, post back, and I'll do some measuring for you.

HTH, Dave

Edit: First 2 pictures are of the Model 30 (??) on my 3910. I can't verify that it's a model 30, as I've never found a name plate on it.

This is a Model 22 on my 5610-2. The dimensions and geometry are identical on both loadersb, but the 22 is build a bit heavier, and has the larger bore lift cylinders. the lift cylinder length, pin size, stroke, etc are identical on both loaders. The 22 with the 2.5" bore cylinders has a lift rating of 2800 lbs. I think that the 2" bore cylinders wil give a lift of 2000 lbs (+/-) which is probably plenty on the swept back front axle!

Looks a lot like my Dunham Model 22.
Except for that bevel right at the top.

Looks to me like the Dunham No. 22. It had a single bucket cylinder, the one I had was probably older and had 2 bucket cylinders.

That loader looks like a 'Dunham-Lehr' loader.Check
out that 'angle'.Go to northern or Surplus
center. They will most likely have a cylinder that
will fit/match up.Steve
