I recently bought a tractor with a bush hog m446 loader. This thing works real slow. I've been told there's a set screw/bolt that regulates this. If so, where is it. It has a joy stick, two buttons on the control stick, have no ideal what they're for. Have not done a lot with the tractor, just parked in the shedI've down loaded a manual but the thing says nothing about this, just don't do or don't do that, 57 pages of nothing. Kind of a waste of time. |

| | Sorry, the tractor is Massey Ferguson 4253 95hp cab tractor. The hoses ties into a hydraulic block just in front of the right side door. The joy stick has two buttons on the front of the part you grab when want to use the loader. Have not mastered the picture posting part yet, well, to tell the truth, don't have a camera ;-). I'll go back when I have time and try the manual again later, mostly safety topics. Have not found the control part yet. |

| | Need to know what tractor it is mounted on and how the hydraulics are sourced from the tractor to the loader valve. The only set screw that would control the speed would be on the end of the spool valves. Sometimes they have them where they will limit how far the valve opens. I have not seen these type of valves used on a loader. They mainly are on a combine. |
