New Holland 630 sledge roll bearings

I have a New Holland 630 that I have been working on. The bearings on the upper sledge roll are going bad. How do I replace them? It looks like both rolls and the frame have to come out. I see the frame of the baler is slotted on one side, I assume after pulling off the sprockets and bearings I can wiggle the whole thing up out and then replace the upper bearings? Or can I do the upper roll with the assembly in the machine? Thanks,
Josh

My guess is that it has to be removed from the baler. My book doesn't show the 630 as its design is different from the 640-660, on the larger balers there is 3 rolls all together that come out as a unit with gears and bearings aplenty. To replace anything, it all has to come out.

That slot allows the rolls to pivot the allow the belts to adjust forming the bale.

I haven't had to do those bearings (yet...) but it seemed to me that there would be enough room to wiggle the assembly out.
