Looking at 3 pt. sprayers with a 110 gallon tank. Anybody familiar with "Schaben" brand as shown in Gemplers catalog?

Check out Kings Sprayers. They are high-quality commercial sprayers. Visit www.SprayerDepot.com.

Have the 3-pt model with a 300 gal tank. Boomless with a hand wand. I like it for spraying pastures. Very well built. Use it on my 4020. Bounces over a lot of rough pasture with no problems. Bought it a couple years ago from the plant in Newton, Kansas. Better built than any other brand I have seen. Best to spray with little or no wind.

Schaben's sold 6 or so years ago. They used to be a family owned and operated business, with stores in both Newton KS, and Columbus NE. Last couple times I was in Newton for parts, just about everything had to come from Columbus.
As was said, they are pretty much just components put together on a Schaben frame.

I can't comment on the model you are asking about but I have a 1000gal. Schaben with a 60' boom and it is built like a tank. I would not be afraid of buying another Schaben.

I have the Schaben 3 point w/110 gal tank and have been very pleased with it. Mine is boomless with the wand sprayer. I purchased it from a JD dealer but they are manufactured in Newton, KS.

Here's the brand I have.I looked at a Schaben and was twice the money for basically the same thing. After ten years I'm very satisfied with mine.

I should mention mine is a 55 gallon.Good Luck.

Sprayers are made out of 'vendor'partsAbout the only thing "Schaben" would 'make' them selves would be the steel frame. The rest would be assembled from someone elses parts. All parts are commonly available at just about any farm store/dealer,etc.
