Take your hyd specs over to surpluscenter.com, and you will be able to shop for a hyd motor, that meets them. My ASV RC30 is 10 gpm, and 3000psi, the motor I got, used from them is still running good. They have a good technical service department, and can help you figure out what you will need, even if you don't end up buying from them. I used 1/4" plate, for my deck, and built it so I can't get the blades and stump jumper lower than 3-4" from the ground. Make sure all the mechanicals in your donor mower are good, I later had to replace the stump jumper and blade pins.
