Plow ID help Needed

We aren't sure what kind of plow this is, there aren't any markings on it that we can see.
I am not familiar with the chain drive lift, anyone have any idea what kind this is?

Thanks BT, that was quick! We don't have a hitch for it, so it will probably just sit around anyway.

Second question:
Does anyone have a picture of the proper hitch for this plow? Dad and I were talking and he wants to hook it to his L. We will have to fabricate one it appears.
