Looks like you must have a 45 or 46 B with the high speed tranny if you want to put a hydrolic lift plow behind it and if the tractor has the orignal engine in it for to pull that plow you will have to have very easy plowing ground as that plow would ordinarly be used behind a late model B with 28 HP and not your model with 20HP. The same bottom is used for the 10", 12", and 14" cut plows and pulls harder than the 12" cut bottom that was on the No. 52 plow that was commonly used behind that tractor. That 52 was what I had behind a 46 B and it was all low gear plowing. I did have the power trol on my tractor and the cast wheels for weight and still had 300#+ concrete on each rear wheel. We had converted the 52 plow to hydrolic lift before I had that tractor as we had it behing a 49 B to start with that followed a 38 A and that 52 plow was bought new by a neighbor with a 39 B that had the lower gearing but same power you have. |
