You are missing the control part that adjusts the gangs. Part hooks to a swinging drawbar abd the other part hooks to the 3 point arms. When you raise the arms it changes the gang angle. Need to find both a operators manual and parts manual.

Leroy, any idea where I can get those. I did find some pics in a Dearborn ad for a type c disc. does the hitch just hook up to a bar between the 3 point lift arms? I would bost a pic of what I got but I have never been able to figure out how to get in to go on this site. I can send you one thru email. Do you know if these are good working disc? thanks

I found a manuel on the internet. It shows the disc hooked to a tractor that I think is an 8n. The disc is hooked to what they call 'Y" frame and the tractor does not have a swinging drawbar. Do you think the disc will work the same hooked to a regular swinging draw bar that I have on my 4600 Ford.

Anything with the Dearborn name shown in manuals or advertisements will be shown with either an 8N or a NAA as those 2 models are all that was built when the Dearborn name was used on machinery. And the machinery was built from 1948 to 1954, after that 1955 and up will carry the Ford name.

You need the parts manual and the operators manual to figure out just what parts you do have and what is missing and that will tell you how to do the hookup. I know there are different hitch setups but do not know how to use them as I do not have the disk. Would not mind having one but do not.
