Sharpen the blade every 2 to 2 1/2 yrs time. Sharpen with a 4" grinder with 120 grit blade. The grinding is done on the face of the tooth, and not on the top of it. Blade is 31" in dia. Or you can do it by hand with a hand held grinder. You can use an adjustable wrench as a swage if need be. The cord wood saw is awesome for small rounds. I use one a 8N its great for tree tops. Not so great for slab wood. I've been thinking about making a sliding table saw for cutting slab wood from the saw mill. A great use for the cord wood saw is cutting sawmill edgings (bundled) into cubes for making charcoal. [Reply]  [No Email]

LOOK AROUND FOR USED ROUND BAILER BELTING. i HAVE 2 FULL LENGTHS THAT MAKES A long BELT AROUND 50FT. but i NOTICE THAT THE SAW RUNS SMOOTHER WITH A LONG BELT. iM USEING A SHORT ONE TODAY AS IVE MOVED THE SAW FROM ITS ACCOSTOMED PLACE AFTER 30YRS SO AS TO CUT GREEN WOOD AND PUT IT IN A PILE OUTSIDE THE WOOD SHED. wHEN IM DONE, AND THAT OUGHT TO BE AROUND 3 RICKS, iLL REMOVE THE SAW BACK SO THAT THE BLADE STICKS INSIDE THE WOOD SHED, AND RESET IT THERE TO CUT A BIG OLE TREE THATS BEEN WIND BLOWN OVER FOR A YEAR AND GOOD AND DRY. Have one that appears to have insert teeth in it but is only about 18 inches in diameter. Also have one with a 36 inch blade but just a normal tooth set up and some are rusted real bad. Then the 3rd has no blade but has the best feed set up. I can not run a gas chain saw any more but sure could do the buzz saw and an electric chain saw [Reply]  [No Email]

Did ride the boys bike right after he got it to have it inspected and licensed but that was almost a year ago. My bike has been sitting now for over a year and only run a couple times in that time.
