Honestly, does any one own one of these balers that really truely likes it? I think this baler has cost me more in ruined bales than it has made me in good bales. The latest problem with this baler is egg shaped bales. With this short hay this has been a real pain in the A$$! I tried slowing rpm and driving fast and all points in between. I believe I have got the problem solved. I pinned the windguard so it was ridgid and lifted the wind guard off of the bands between the pick up teeth. It worked great this afternoon, but we will have to see what tomorrow brings as their is always something going on with this baler.......

I've never had any trouble with mine. its the only round baler I've ever had or run, so have nothing to compare it to. But I roll right along and keep up with the other brands. Its twine only and when I got it new the twine arms wern't adjusted right, and occasionally it would get the twine looped over the other twine arm. have to cut the twine and restart the tieing cycle. a 5 minute adjustment of the arms cured that. Recently baled some very fine grass 2nd crop. Had no problem. baled just like any other hay. left the bales in the field back in the woods and went back a week later and the deer had about tore one apart.Nieghbor was baling in an ajoining field one day with a 467JD with net. it took him about 18 seconds to wrap and be going again whereas it took me about 29 seconds to tie and be going again. I've read several posts from guys who don't like this baler, but I've been very pleased with it.Run it with a 105 white and generally bale in 4th direct .

ALL and I mean ALL round balers are female! You have to talk nice to it and caress it before you start or it will treat you just like any other female.
