I think somebody took an old Mc-D 1-row horse drawn sulky cultivator and fabricated that furrower for it.

My input is, it looks like someone ruined a perfectly good McCormick Deering New 4 riding cultivator.

My son in law pulled it out of a scrap heap. I feel it was a potential variation built on a standard frame.

Nope, that's a horse drawn single row cultivator someone adapted to their tractor.
