International 881 Forage Harvester

We have a 3 row narrow corn head that has seen very little use to go on the 881 forage harvester, we purchased 6 new gathering belts and installed them. The drive clets on the two belts on one of the outside rows want to climb out of the plastic idles sprocket at the bottom or open end where the corn meets the cut off knives, this results in the all the belts being very hard to drive. There are 4 belts with one particular part number and 2 others, thereby being unable to install incorrectly. Does anyone have any advise. Thanks
 
Scratching my head here. There's a plate on top of those that should hold the belt down.
One problem I've had with them though is those long bolts that go through them and hold them together. They're a 3 piece unit,the rotary knife,the hub with the notches in them and that steel plate on top. I've had some problems with those bolts breaking and letting everything seperate. Seems like they're 5/16ths by 4 and a half or so.

Another thought too though,those have a pair of tapered roller bearings in them like wheel bearings. Those bearings aren't bad letting them get all cocked off sideways are they?
 
The three row head is a 830 serial # 0680003C001310* we purchased 4 - 1254089C2 for the outside rows and 2- 1254090C2 belts for the middle row according to the CaseIH parts breakdown. We still have not resolved the issue.
 
Was there a sheet of paper in the box with those belts telling you how tight to run them and how to adjust those bottom hubs and scrappers? Last one I bought did.
