Must be green, orange, and some galvanized were popular for elevators, because, I'll add one- MULKEY. We had a green Mulkey. Had a sign up near the top that looked just like a big license plate. SAM MULKEY embossed in it. Later my cousin bought a newer model at auction, and it was orange! I think Dad said they bought the new Mulkey at the local Case dealer- Delos Hoskins.   [Reply]  [No Email]

It is orange, with a JI Case decal still on it, some galvanized showing through the paint. I think Case rebranded someone else's product, though.   [Reply]  [No Email]

Many farmers had these elevators of various lengths Mine is a 40' I bought it several years ago from a semi retired farmer,gave him $100 for it,used it a lot. Probably 20 foot, not bothering to lay a tape on it... Come to think of it, chain is orange. Best $100 I've spent in a long time. Lifted a lot of hay for me again this summer.
