Does anybody have a good way to straighten the apron tubes on a new holland round baler?

| Thanks for the replies do the tubes retain there strength after being straightened? I just don't want to weaken them to much and have them brake cause that makes a hell of a mess.

| Coupla thousand rounds after doing mine, and no problem from that quarter. I used new bolts and nylock nuts when I put the bars back on.
Straightening won't hurt 'em.

| Thanks for the reply I was just wondering if straighting would weaken them or not .I"ve been using new bolts with lock nuts and red loctite because my bolts have been coming loose and then wears a groove in the bolt then the bolt breaks and then that makes a hell of a mess

| My thinking exactly.Find something to support thetube and get after it.Some piece on farm equipment should have just the right place accomodate.

| Dumb luck, but my tractor loader had a cross tube that was a little bit larger ID than the apron tube's flange. I could slide one end of the tube in there, and slide another piece of pipe over the other end for leverage, and work the apron tube back straight.
