I am having problems with my NH 570,it is tying good but the knots are catching on the twine finger and when a big slug of hay comes out it catches on the twine finger and breaks the twine, when going slow it works fine, the twine fingers are new and a little slack and adjusted correctly. Any advice will be appreciated. |

| | Hay dog springs? When the needles enter the chamber they are protected by the plunger. At some point the plunger is far enough through its stroke to leave the needles exposed to the end of the bale. If the hay dogs are not doing there job it could push the twine back and cause a miss on the tuck fingers. If you haven't seen it check out the link |
