They have moved into my area over the last 10 years. Bringing suitcases of cash, paying 3,000 an acre in the beginning, and now $4,000 - $5000 an acre, if you can find it. There's too much urbanization back in Pennsylvania, so their probably getting $10-$20 Thousand an acres back there. As for me, I only have 2 cents, and this was it :-) [Reply]  [No Email]

I could have done that from New Jersey, too, but land here that was worth $25,000 an acre won't get a look at $8000 now, and good farmland that was selling for $3500 in other parts of the country is now $8000+ . . . . They have heat shields on the engine on the driver side. Little sheets of aluminum rivited over the exhaust and other hot spots that he sits next to.
