AC No. 3 mower questions.

Is that to one made to fit under the belly of the B/C?? If it is send me an e-mail and I'll send you the manual for it since I have that in my computer. If it is the manual does not say it is the #3
 
Actually you should be able to figure it out with a tape measure. Remember the knife sections MUST
CENTER in the guards at BOTH ends of the stoke.
There should be an eccentric or something on the bar
to fine tune that adjustment. It is called
"register"
 
Kelly I think I have a new 1 hanging in my shed. This mower bolted to the rear of a C, I think it is a #3. I will try to remember to bring it to work tomorrow.
 
Crap! I should have remembered....I have a #3 that mounts on the rear of one of my WD tractors. If the post about "register" does not help you, I could measure mine. Mower works, but has some worn ($$$ spendy brgs). That"s why I found an 80S pitmanless mower!
 
Kelly the pitman stick I have is 26"s long. I had a thought last night, this might be a #7 mower, been 20 or 25 years since I bought parts for it at the AC dealership. If you were closer I would give you the whole thing for parts. This stick has the #802093 stamped on it, got it from the local farm and home store.
 
Where are you located in case he doesnt want it. I have a #3 and loved it. I had atwin wheel and it was a disaster.If i hadnt already had a wd allis i never would have bought anything else allis! Thank God i bought the #3. !!
 
Hay Tom, sorry it took some time to get back, been spraying weeds . If you want to turn loose of the stick, what do you need for it? Sounds like what I'm looking for. Thanks, PK
