Kuhn 3200 GT Rotary Rake Screen Size?

Does anyone here have a Kuhn 3200GT Rotary?? I picked one up last fall at an auction, but the Side Screen is shorter than it should be, it"s obvious on the one end that the pipe was broken off and they moved it on the clamp to make it likely work, I want to either buy a new one, or make one before I start cutting hay, can someone tell me how long it is supposed to be?

Does yours have the tines or canvas? Mine has tines,11 sets of 2. Appears to be about 68 inches long.

Mine has the Tines as well, The one that is there currently is only just over half of what it should be. I'm debating on trying to make a new one with new tines, or to buy a new one with the canvas. If I take it off and put it inside when not in use it should last a long time. Thanks for the info.

I don't know how long the deflector was on that machine but roughly 5' should be enough. The critical part is to make sure it is far enough forward. The front of the deflector should be about parallel with the front of the rotor's circle so that the hay gets thrown against it. If it's too far rearward then the hay can get thrown past.

I think I'd stay with the tines. Mine has the canvas... which is kinda nice.... except that now some of the holes have torn out of the canvas and it's hanging down and will soon need to be replaced.
