John Deere JB Disk Harrow value?

This is my John Deere JB Disk Harrow and I"m not sure what the value is on it? It says John Deere J-JB 6-7-8 FT. on the frame.

J or JB would depend on if it had the back gang or not as it was avaible as a single disk only or as a tandem disk. Late 30's or 40's. And avaible in all 3 sizes.

It is a good disk and last year I saved it from going to the scrap yard. My main collection consists of horse drawn implements, more or less and I have two other disks lying around. I have a few people that I know that want it, but just cannot put a price on it.

Where are you located? I have one just like it (8 footer) and a 6 and have had two 7' ers in thelast year. Yours is the earlier one called JB (double gang version of J) the later ones had a provision for a hyd cyl to adjust the angle and were called JA and JBA. Actually you could adjust the angle both ways , hyd and rope lift latch on these. Here in MI they bring between $200 and $275 depending on cond. Yours $275. I would be interested depending on where you live. Gas??Hauling?? PS also have two original JD manuals for it if you or purchaser needs one. Email is open.
