Hay Season this year has been a pain. Lots of new to me equipment and headaches to go with it, I did get the stacker to load one load, but I could not get it to dump the stack. First table and Second table move well and quickly, Load table will barely move up, and I could not get it past 3/4 of the way up. Anyone know where I should start? I"m guessing the pump is ok as the first 2 tables move well, Could it be a sticky control valve? Or am I looking at rebuilding the cylinders for the load table?

I own and use a 1010 also. I am not an expert on these by any means, but have had to work on mine a few times. Have you checked your fluid level and spin-on filter? The fluid level needs to be 10" in the reservoir. The 2nd table needs to be up when lifting the load table. It does require more RPM's to raise the load table than the 1st and 2nd.

If you have someone to help you can check to see if the linkage is fully opening the valve, there are adjustments on the rods.

If you can't get the load table past 75% raised then it would seem to be an oil level problem. The most difficult position requiring the most pressure is when it's just starting to lift. The easiest should be at 65% and above. Yes I have two 1010s.

It did when I first got it home, but will not now. I have not had much of a chance to look at it yet, hopefully it"s just low on fluid, but the tank appears to be fairly full, I don"t know how full is "full".

So, if I put the 2nd Table up, how full should the tank be? Should I fill it to the top? If I do fill it all the way, can I cause problems with too much oil?

Thanks,

Leo
