Can't seem to understand how to keep the knives from hitting each other. made adjustments at the knives with simms and at the rail. Have new rollers and 3 of the 4 knives.

You need to call Livingston Equipment in Chickasha Oklahoma. These guys are experts on the Hesston big balers. 1-800-259-5088. Very helpful and friendly, and they know their stuff.

I think I thought the 4600 was a big baler, but if it's a small inline baler the Livingston folks can help you too.
